At SimSpeedShop we strive for perfection and seeks to carve our place in sim racing history.

While our ambitions and expectations are high, we think acknowledging the fact we can't be perfect 100% of the time allows us to put our customers minds at ease.

This page is meant to clearly state our stance on various aspects of the company. We put forward what we feel is a fair and generous policy that reflects the quality and value of our work.

Return Policy

100% Satisfaction

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,  you are eligible to return your purchase(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible products must be returned in the same condition we shipped to you.
All included items(I.e. Hardware, cables, etc) must be returned as well.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying shipping for all returns or warranty claims.

Restock Fees

We have a base restock fee of 10% for non customized products.

Many of our products are tailor made, with these products we need to work out a appropriate restock fee when you contact us.

Cancellation Fee

Upon canceling a order we have a 5% fee to cover transaction and logistics costs.


Limited Lifetime Warranty

At SimSpeedShop we believe our products are top of the line. To show that we stand by that belief,
All products manufactured by SimSpeedShop come with a limited lifetime warranty attached to the product itself, not the owner.

What's Covered? 

The warranty covers manufacturing defects with the exception of cosmetic defects.

In addition, Defects which result from a engineering or design flaw.
E.g. A failure or defect that appears through normal use without abuse.

What's Not Covered? 

The warranty does not cover products we Drop Ship from other companies.
E.g. Steering Wheel Rims manufactured by NRG, MPI, Momo, Sparco, OMP, etc...
If you experience a issue with a product that may fall into this category,
contact us and we will try our best to have the product warrantied through the manufacturer.

Damage caused by abuse of the product.
When making a warranty claim we will inspect the product for abuse, tampering, or modifications.
If we find signs or suspect abuse, or tampering, we will contact you and discuss repairing the product.


In order to protect ourselves from fraud or legal trouble, we reserve the right to deny warranty at our discretion.


In general the customer is responsible to pay shipping costs.
Depending on the circumstances of the claim we may cover the costs.
E.g. A recent order, or a mistake make by us.

Warranty Loaner

Perhaps you are a professional, or competitive racer that cannot afford downtime.
In cases where you may be without a vital product, such as a Steering Wheel.
We have products we can send as a temporary replacement to keep you racing.

Please pay full shipping as displayed when checking out. In case of an over calculation we will refund the overcharge.
